🎬 Dinard 2025: British and Irish Cinema in the Spotlight
From October 1st to 5th, 2025, the charming town of Dinard, nestled on Brittany's Emerald Coast, transforms into the capital of British cinema for the 36th edition of the British and Irish Film Festival.
This unmissable event attracts nearly 30,000 festival-goers each year, from passionate film buffs to the simply curious, who come to discover the best of British and Irish independent cinema.
🎥 A rich and engaging program
The festival offers an official competition of six feature films competing for the prestigious Hitchcock d'Or, as well as awards for Best Performance and the Barrière Jury.
The selected films explore a variety of themes: personal stories, societal issues, and artistic and cultural perspectives. A parallel section, "Talent of Tomorrow," highlights debut films by young directors, judged by a jury of young people aged 18 to 25.
In addition, the festival offers:
