The Era of the Grand Hotel and Its Prestige
At the turn of the 20th century, the Russian nobleman Prince Vlassov gave the villa a new lease of life. He fell in love with Dinard and converted the villa into a first-class hotel. He had extensions built, adding spacious suites and new residences inspired by the elegance of the grand villas of the Emerald Coast.
