General terms and conditions of sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the 3-star Hotel and Appart' Le Crystal Dinard and its guests regarding the reservation of rooms and apartments for tourist use.
2. Reservations

All reservations imply acceptance of these GTC.
3. Rates
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included. They are per room or apartment per night, excluding additional services. The hotel reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, while guaranteeing the guest the rate in effect at the time of reservation.
4. Tourist Tax
A tourist tax is charged in addition, according to the current rate set by the municipality of Dinard. It is due per adult per night.
5. Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, cash (within the legal limit), or holiday vouchers.
For all reservations:
Hotel:
A bank imprint or deposit is required upon reservation to guarantee the stay; payment is due upon arrival.
For non-cancellable and non-refundable rates, payment is due upon reservation.
Studios and Apartments:
A deposit of 25% of the rate will be required upon reservation, with the balance due one month before arrival.
A bank imprint will be requested upon arrival as a guarantee in case of damage.
6. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Hotel:
Flexible Rate: Cancellation or modification free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date and time. Non-cancellable and non-refundable rates: No refunds or modifications are possible once the reservation has been confirmed.
Studios and Apartments:
Cancellation or modification free of charge one month before arrival.
In case of no-show or early departure, the entire stay is due.
7. Arrivals and Departures
Hotel:
Arrival: from 3:00 PM
Departure: before 11:00 AM
Studios and Apartments:
Arrival: from 4:00 PM
Departure: before 10:00 AM
For any late arrival, please notify us before 8:00 PM so that we can best organize your welcome.
8. House Rules
Guests agree to comply with the hotel's house rules, posted in each room/apartment and available upon request. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the stay without refund.
9. Liability
The hotel declines all liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the hotel premises. Guests are required to take out personal insurance covering this type of risk.
10. Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for the management of the reservation and the smooth running of the stay. In accordance with current regulations (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data upon request.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent court will be the one for the location of the establishment.
12. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Booking a stay at the Hôtel Le Crystal Dinard implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
