This review refers to the apartment room with kitchenette. The only positive aspects are the direct beachfront location, the great view, and the large balcony, which do not justify the high price. The rooms are small, and the bed is more of a metal frame with a mattress than a proper bed. Due to the access door to the utility shaft in the toilet, there was an unpleasant odor, requiring constant airing out. Please refer to the photos for the room's condition. The reception staff were friendly, and the parking lot is small for a hotel of this size and always full.

The apartment was dusty despite us paying €125 for cleaning. The staff were dismissive and unresponsive to our complaints about cleanliness. There was a bad smell in the hallways. There was a parasol base on the terrace but no parasol. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

Really nice hotel within walking distance to the beach. Lift down from hotel to beach. Rooms extremely clean and a nice breakfast. The person on reception was excellent, very friendly and helpful. A credit to the hotel. Unfortunately I did not get his name.

Great rooms. But far too small for two people. Not even a wardrobe in the room. Very expensive, but right on the water.

Poorly soundproofed hotel, no air conditioning (the heatwave has unfortunately arrived in Brittany), intermittent reception, non-existent communication with management… in short, the Crystal does not have the standards of a 3-star hotel.
